Important Notice: Onboarding of Haitong MPF Retirement Fund to eMPF Platform on 30-Dec-2025

The Haitong MPF Retirement Fund has officially onboarded to the eMPF Platform on 30 December 2025. Information and records for your MPF account under this scheme have been transferred to the platform. While HPFT remains the trustee of the scheme, the eMPF Company will provide scheme administration services to you and handle your service instructions. Hence, you can manage your MPF on the eMPF Platform and should no longer submit scheme administration service instructions to HPFT.

Please register for an eMPF account on the eMPF website or the mobile app. To expedite the registration process, please use the "iAM Smart" app and read through the details in the communication pack, which was shared to you in October 2025, with important details such as cut-off dates for MPF administration instructions, scheme-related changes and background of the eMPF platform.

Important: This arrangement is only for eMPF scheme members. For ORSO related statements, the current portal has been suspended starting from 29 May 2025, please visit https://hsbcorsomember.retirementsolutions.hk to access the new member site.

Starting 30 December 2025, your Haitong MPF e-statements, including the Annual Member Benefit Statement, published after the onboarding date will be available on the eMPF Platform. To access them, simply log in to the eMPF Platform and go to "My Account" > "My Letter and Statement". Please contact the eMPF Platform for more details.

For historical e-statements issued before 30 December 2025, including Annual Benefits Statements, please email us at htiamcs@htisec.com. Your requested e-statements will be sent to you shortly.
